    It all begins with an idea when you give us a call!

    Give us the details!

    Let us know what you need—not all jobs require all the items we sell; showers have to have tile/ fiberglass/ marble completed.

    We set a date to get measurements

    Derek, our general manager, or Phillip, our business development rep, will go out to meet you, discuss selections, and get measurements for all the spaces that need work.

    We build the quote

    Based on the meeting with Derek or Phillip, we put together a quote for you and send it out for approval.

    You give approval of the quote

    Once you give the okay we get all the parts moving. Some items we always keep in stock, and others we order as needed.

    Installation time

    It usually takes two weeks before the install team arrives. We try to plan everything so installation can be completed in a single day (marble showers and some outlier needs can take multiple days).
